Booking and Payment

Confirmation is made through a deposit for refundable bookings and through full payment for NON-refundable bookings.

Payment Conditions

Deposit

Where required, the deposit may be paid using the following methods:

  • Online via PayPal

  • Online via Credit Card

  • Bank Transfer

  • PostePay

  • Cash

The available payment method depends on several factors such as the time between booking and check-in date, cancellation policy, room type, agreements with the manager, etc.

The room reservation is considered confirmed only after the deposit has been paid, which MUST be completed within 12 hours of booking. After this deadline, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Balance

The remaining balance must be paid at check-in and in cash only.

In cases – where provided by the property – of a discounted non-refundable rate, the guest is required to make payment in advance according to the indicated procedures in order to complete the booking. The payment will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the stay.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and modification conditions – Refundable rate

The reservation may be cancelled up to 30 days before check-in.

In case of no-show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will be retained.

Any refund of the advance payment will be made within 7 days, deducting administrative fees of €10.

Modification of the reservation is possible only if requested more than 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date; however, it cannot be guaranteed and depends on room availability.

Modification is NOT possible if requested less than 7 days before check-in.

Cancellation and modification conditions – NON-refundable rate

Cancellation and modification of the reservation are not permitted under any circumstances.

Stay Conditions

  • Check-in: from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

  • Check-out: by 10:00 AM – Late check-out may result in the charge of an additional night

A tourist tax of €6 per person per night applies. Children under 10 years of age are exempt.

  • Bathroom linen is changed every 3 days

  • Bed linen is changed every 3 days

  • Additional bathroom linen change (upon request): €5.00

  • Additional bed linen change (upon request): €5.00

  • Room cleaning is carried out daily. To allow cleaning, guests are advised to vacate the room by 10:00 AM

  • Additional room cleaning (upon request): €10.00

  • Final cleaning is included in the price

It is not permitted to prepare food in the rooms.
It is not permitted to host visitors in the rooms/apartments.

House Rules (BB Le Due Stelle – Ostia)

At check-in, in addition to payment, a valid identification document must be provided for each guest staying at the property.

Check-out must take place before 10:00 AM, otherwise an additional night will be charged (different times must be agreed upon with the manager).

It is strictly forbidden to allow entry into the apartment or rooms to persons who have not been registered.

It is strictly forbidden to make disturbing noise, especially during rest hours (from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and after 10:00 PM).

It is forbidden to move furniture in any way.

Smoking is strictly prohibited.

It is forbidden to leave personal belongings in common areas.

Use of the kitchen and cooking in the rooms is not permitted.

Pet Policy

Only small dogs and cats are allowed, subject to prior agreement and communication with the manager.

Dogs must be:

  • Well-behaved

  • Non-aggressive and not noisy

  • Kept on a leash

  • Provided with a health booklet

  • Not allowed to sleep on beds

  • Not left alone in the property

  • Preferably kept with their owners at all times

Access to common areas is prohibited.

A daily fee of €10 per pet applies, plus a €10 final cleaning supplement.

A security deposit of €50.00 is required to cover any damages caused by pets.
