Regulation

• Payment must be made in cash and in advance upon arrival in the room.
• Check-in is from 12.00 (different schedules must be agreed with the operator).
• At check-in in addition to the payment must be provided a valid document for each person who will stay.
• Check-out must take place before 10.00 (different times must be agreed with the operator).
• It is strictly forbidden to enter in the apartment and in your room people other than those who have made the registration.
• It is strictly forbidden to make any harassing noise, especially during rest periods (from 14.00 to 16.00 and after 22.00).
• It is forbidden to move the furniture in any way.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• It is forbidden to leave personal items in public areas.
• The total or partial cancellation involves the loss of the advance paid
• It is not allowed to use the kitchen and to cook in any way in the rooms
